Writing Sites I Use (and highly recommend!):
AdvanceFictionWriting.com
This is a good site by Randy Ingermanson. Lots of extremely useful and free fiction writing advice, as well as access to a great deal of paid fiction writing lessons and a really good software package (SnowflakePro) that I use to plan my novel. You can also sign up for a free newsletter that is always informative and fun to read.
HollyLisle.com
This site is chock full of great information and solid writing advise. It is also where I learned to embrace my muse, keep it fed, and learned how important it is to let it out to play as often as I can. This site has a lot of mailing lists on various topics you can sign up for, a host of useful free information, and many, many inexpensive classes and programs you can use. Aas a bit of bonus info, I signed up for her 'How To Think Sideways' course and loved it (that's an affiliate link, btw, so I get a kickback on anything you order if you do decide to order something there ... just so you know ...)
NaNoWriMo
Yahoo! The site that launched a thousand books! Or more! Most of them awful! Or not! This site got me off my but, and got me to stop dreaming and start typing seriously. WHat do you know? I can write books! So can you?

Writing Sites I Like (and might use more in the future):
Hemingway
This site will take your writing and tell you how concise you are being. It's brutal. Take my word for it, murder your darlings first. It will hurt less.
Tablo
This one allows you to publish, edit in place, pre-publish, etc. "Social self-publish for great authors, like you!" as they say.

Other stuff I find interesting...
Scriviner
Formerly a Mac only piece of software. Recently (in the last couple of years) it has been made available on Windows. The windows version is a bit behind the Mac version, but I still find it a nice bit of software. I enjoy writing in it, which is as good reason to endorse it as I've ever had. Note: I received nothing for this recommendation, I just happen to like it.
